Hell Rider is the third of the ten demons that are featured in the Return of the True Demon DLC for Shin Megami Tensei V.
If you haven’t had enough and want to get more of the demons featured in the DLC, Hell Rider is the third that you can hunt down, if you are able to defeat him in battle.
After spending $9.99 for the Return of the True Demon DLC, Aogami will alert you in four of the areas of the game that he feels a presence of the demon. A quest marker (!) will appear on the map. Each of the ten demons available in the DLC is scattered throughout the game, with Matador being the first of the ten demons and the weakest of them all.
Hell Biker is located in the top-most part area of the Shinagawa in Konan 3rd Block. As with all of the demons featured in the DLC, you can easily spot them if you look for purple lightning, which can be found if you look at the area of a top broken overpass.
Hell Biker is a fiend that is weak to ice-type attacks. Demons that are proficient in Bufu spells should be brought into your party. The boss is resistant to light and dark attacks and will attack the party randomly with force, fire, and physical attacks. Never use a Fire and Force type attack as the boss will block it, giving them an advantage.
At the start of the battle, Hell Rider will cast Dekunda which removes all of the buffs in the party. Make sure that you have a Force dampener item with you as whenever he prepares to attack with his Magatsuhi, he will be using a Hell Exhaust +4 that deals massive force damage to the party.
Hell Biker, once defeated, will award you with the third Menorah, which is the Menorah of Dignity. You will also be able to summon him via Special Fusion in the World of Shadows if you talk to Sophia.
