Shin Megami Tensei V has a plethora of optional bosses players can fight via paid downloadable content and one of them is Cleopatra from ‘The Rage of the Queen’ DLC.
Players with the Digital Deluxe Edition, already have access to this fight, with everyone else having the option to purchase for $2.99.
After purchasing the DLC, head over to the Tokyo Diet Building and speak to the Bethel Researcher. A quest will be given asking you to confront Cleopatra in Mita of Da’at Minato.
Approach the school bus and you will face Cleopatra.
Recommended Level: 60+
Cleopatra mainly focuses on dealing with magic damage. One of the iconic skills that she uses is Frolic, which inflicts Charm to your party that reduces their attack and defense. If you have demons that can put a Charm resist on your party, that could make the battle somewhat easier.
Whenever Cleopatra prepares to use Magatsuhi, she will deal massive damage via a Mabufubarion. Make sure that when that happens, use an Ice Dampener to block the damage. As for the Nahobino, be sure you put Ice resistance on via Essence Fusion.
A party of demons that have Mudo or Dark-based skills is recommended to get an extra turn every time you use it. A demon that can block Ice magic damage will be beneficial as well as every time Cleopatra uses Bufu skills, she will most likely going to lose a turn as the party will block the damage.
It is also important that your party have a party-wide healing spell that can restore HP and of course an ability that can cure status ailments.
Once you defeat Cleopatra, she will be available as a Special Fusion in the World of Shadows.
