Fatal Frame Maiden of Black Water adds Very Easy Difficulty

Tecmo KOEI released today a new patch for Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water that adds a Very Easy Difficulty mode and bug fixes across all available platforms.

For players who want to rather enjoy the story, a Very Easy difficulty is available now after downloading the latest update. Additionally, there are a lot of bug fixes in the latest update that further improves the experience of playing the game:

Nintendo Switch version:

  • Added the Very Easy difficulty: Very Easy difficulty is for players who want to enjoy the story safely.
  • Fixed various bugs and defects.
  • Fixed display issues.
  • Corrected typographical errors and messages.

PS4/PS5 version:

  • Added the Very Easy difficulty: Very Easy difficulty is for players who want to enjoy the story safely.
  • Fixed various bugs and defects.
  • Fixed display issues.
  • Corrected typographical errors and messages.

PC version via Steam:

  • Added the VERY EASY difficulty.
    VERY EASY difficulty is for players who want to enjoy the story safely.
  • Fixed an issue that caused display problems with some AMD GPUs.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the game to crash after a cutscene.
  • Fixed various bugs and issues.
  • Fixed display issues.
  • Corrected typographical errors.

Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water is available now for PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC via Steam.
