ConcernedApe announced today that sometime in Fall, Stardew Valley will be coming to Xbox Game Pass for both console and PC.
Stardew Valley is available now for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PC, and the PS Vita. It is also available on mobile devices like the iOS and Android platforms.
