Docked is revealed on Steam, you can even try out a demo if you desire to do so, but first I would recommend you to check out the trailer before trying it out. This kind of simulator game is quite specific and it might attract a niche that can either be too big or too small. Being a game from a well established developer, this one was quite the risky choice but it seems that the developers behind it are really passionate for what they are doing, you have to keep into account this is being done by the same people who handled some Warhammer games, which is crazy.
Docked gets revealed
If curiosity trapped your brain right now and you are in for some testing you can try out the demo that is free of charge. This will help you acquire the skills you need to tackle the full game itself. I feel like VR support might be the perfect inclusion for this game considering what type of title it is, but perhaps some might find it boring that a game about docks and cranes is the next big thing in that niche. March 5th of 2026 is the date when this game drops, so if you were waiting for something new to buy on March this might interest you.
Docked is quite the unexpected release coming from the hands of Saber Interactive, and I can’t fathom what went through they heads when they wanted to make it. However, I’m all in for diversification and doing new things, developing sequels on a popular IP constantly is tiresome, and maybe they just wanna oil their gears for the next big release they are trying to do. I wonder if Docked is some sort of programming experiment to then do a big release in the future using its mechanics.
