The 29th Annual DICE Awards ceremony took place on 12th of February and celebrated some of the biggest achievements in the world of Videogames from 2025 by a panel of over 30,000 industry professionals. A total of 65 games were nominated across 23 categories for the premier Awards show with both Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Ghost of Yotei leading with 8 nominations each while several other titles getting more than one nominations.
The show took place in the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and was aired at 11pm ET/8pm PT.
The winner with the most amount of awards was Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, bagging a total of five awards including Game of the Year while Ghost of Yotei received three awards. Other notable winners were the highly acclaimed Death Stranding 2: On the Beach and Blue Prince, each with 2 awards in total.
Overall, aside from Hades 2 winning Action Game of the Year over Ninja Gaiden 4, there wasn’t much to disagree in the 29th DICE Awards.
