Windows has been focusing a lot on “AI” slop and trying to force it down our throats. A new revelation from Windows users points that the system is currently making gaming worse. There’s many factors as to why this is happening, and as I mentioned before “AI” is a big one that creates more problems than it will ever solve. The point of systems like this is to primarily funnel data in the best way possible, by being embedded in the core bits of your operating system, using Windows today has to be either an act of bravery or trust. It is curious some stick to it when Linux is so much better.
Windows gets sloppier
Games like Assassin’s Creed Shadows has been affected by this, and it is crazy that other triple A titles are being affected too. It feels as if Microsoft was trying to smite some competition from afar by doing shady practices, all while Windows gets worse with each passing version. It is sad to see one of the most reliable operating systems bite the dust with such passion, when back in the day they worked to make people happy with Windows XP and even Windows 7. We live in a future where every corporation is out there to get us.
Lately there has been many reports of broken SSDs and even the process manager multiplying itself out of nowhere, and it is a very funny coincidence cause it happened right after Microsoft announced their codebase was made by “AI” in the majority of cases. When you let the RNG machine do slop, the only result you will get is slop, especially when it comes to a key component such as code. I still remember back in the day when Linux wasn’t able to do much, but now its getting better each day that passes, and best of all, its completely free unlike Microsoft’s operating system.
