Rockstar fans are disappointed with the thing that happened here, and they are protesting for their rights now. These people were developing the game you might probably be expecting the most right now, unfortunately they are gone, cut from development. This means that GTA VI will be a huge disaster, a disaster that might even bring the triple A game industry on their knees for such a huge blunder. The violation of human rights is clear as day, considering the protection of your own rights as a gross misconduct is dystopian in itself. Rockstar needs to pay the price of law.
Rockstar cuts developers from GTA VI
The delay happens because they cut crucial people out, only because they wanted to have better rights. This already puts the company in a bad spot, comparable to companies like Ubisoft and EA Games, a pair that is hated and reviled by many even those starting with video games. If you aren’t aware, Rockstar decided to end an Union before it could help all workers in the company get better conditions to make an even better game. Alas, people will maybe buy GTA VI without thinking all of the lives it ruined.
The franchise stopped making sense a long while ago, and this terrible behavior from Rockstar proves how rotten to the core the video game industry got through the years. Axing a ton of workers who were crucial to the development of the game only because you didn’t wish to pay them accordingly or let them rest is demented. Good games come out from people that is happy, good quality media and products also come off much better when people are feeling in prime condition. Alas, in this world that is getting more complicated, people needs to rise and find more indie options that replace these mega companies entirely.
