Yakuza Kiwami 3 is really going to pack a punch on PC, the new trailer shows us that fact. Combat is as smooth as ever, and the popular long running Yakuza franchise has always delivered on some insane controls when it comes to fighting. The weight is felt with every punch, and every move feels realistic too albeit with its own show of flashiness and fictional martial art aura stances going on too. If Streets of Rage evolves, this is the clear evolution path it took, many do recognize that things have gone more advanced as beat em ups evolved through the years.
Yakuza Kiwami 3 got some sick moves
While similar to the other games, it really isn’t an issue, people want to return to things that feel similar to them. If people want to keep playing games with similar mechanics, then there’s nothing wrong with that, modernization is often a tool of corporations to sell you the new shiny thing that you don’t really need, because what you bought before isn’t really broken. I will die on the hill that if a system isn’t broken, then it does not need fixing, and the action happening in Yakuza is enough as it is already.
Yakuza Kiwami 3 is going to pack quite a punch, and with the Dark Tides expansion, which is pretty much a whole new game starring Yoshitaka Mine, a new horizon of experiences and lore will be unlocked for those who get their hands on it. However decided to do this new game really knew that the fanbase loves Yakuza, so Ryu Ga Gotoku is focused on giving you more of it, more companies should learn the way of making games like this, rather than transforming good series into things that they aren’t.
