Ammo and Oxygen is out, this new indie Roguelike seems to be different than the others, it is currently on a big initial discount. Currently, the game is sitting on positive reviews at 81% and it seems like things can go up or down depending on if the team behind this game has actually improved their game making process. Perhaps this time, they managed to struck the gold vein and they will finally be able to have some success at what they do. PC gamers are sometimes quite demanding, but with enough effort its possible to reach their good side and sell your game to them, provided you actually did an honest effort.

Regardless of that, the game is quite uninspired if we check the negative reviews, but judging for the fact that it currently released out of early access, things can change its still a new game on quite the complicated market because Hollow Knight Silksong took over. Atari also released their new Adventure game after decades of the series being dead, and they released it right in the day Hollow Knight Silksong drops, it feels as if they didn’t know how to plan for a release date. Many indie projects die thanks to coming out on the wrong date because the market and potential money is already dried and paying attention to the latest trend.
Ammo and Oxygen, unfortunately, doesn’t seem to have anything noteworthy to bring forward or to dethrone Silksong, but that does not mean people shouldn’t give it a chance. Effort seems to have gone into the making of this game and that’s what matters, developers that don’t use “AI” should be rewarded by their effort by at least getting some notoriety for the things they do. Survival is the most important thing in this game, and each night becomes harder than the last, can you fend off from the aliens in Ammo and Oxygen?
