NetEase Games has officially shared the complete roadmap for Season 4 of its hero shooter, Marvel Rivals. This update, which starts on September 12, will bring significant new content to the game, including new characters, a new map, and several cosmetic items. The new season will begin with maintenance on September 12 at 9 AM UTC, expected to last two to three hours.
The Season 4 launch on September 12 will add the hero Angela. She will be the game’s first flying tank. Her introduction will come along with a new battle pass called “Fruit of Immortality,” featuring a 2099-themed skin for Angela named Skuld 2099. Fans can also look forward to a free skin for the Strategist Ultron from an event titled “Scroll of the Immortal Beasts.” After that, new swimsuit cosmetics will be available on September 19 for characters like Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and The Punisher. A new Emma Frost skin with a 2099 style will follow on October 3.
Players will also have a new map to explore. The map, named K’un Lun – Heart of Heaven, will be released on September 26. The highlight of the season’s second half is the eagerly awaited addition of Daredevil. The blind vigilante will join the game in the Season 4.5 update on October 10. While details about this mid-season update are still limited, adding Daredevil is expected to create a lot of buzz within the community.
In another announcement, NetEase Games confirmed that Marvel Rivals will also be available on PlayStation 4. This news has led to speculation about future versions for Xbox One and Nintendo Switch 2.
