Pawsky, a rotund but curious PC title that drops in March

The indie game scene is a very varied one. Pawsky seems to bring more variety to the mix by proving players with a weird but rotund adventure. This PC title mixes of Choose your own Adventure and a Casual game looks like the concoction for success all around. The silly looking graphics made with intention behind might hide a potential game of the year. We at Infinite Start will cover what we expect.

Round and rounder

Pawsky aims for silliness above all, or at least that’s what we gather from the trailer on the Steam store page. It is often that comical games like this end up being streamed by popular Streamers on different platforms all across the internet. Thanks to that fact, these sort of titles are able to grow naturally and sell good numbers due to being gimmicky. While they might not bring much advancements to the medium, it is important to treat games as art. Expression comes in different shapes, and it seems we will get it on a spherical flavor this time.

The developer has proper experience with games, having released a title before, Area 86 is a physics based escape room game, that seems inspired by Portal. Out of all the titles SimDevs did, Pawsky seems to be the one set for originality. It is clear that the studio behind these games seems interested by the concept of physics in 3d games. Pawsky seems to also aim for that too, by using rag doll physics in comical ways.

There’s not many titles that are focused on using physics as the primary means of fun. But it seems that we will have some good fun when Pawsky releases on March of this year. You can wishlist Pawsky by going to the Steam store to show support to the developer behind this work.
