The final boss in Thymesia is a rather unforgiving mirror match. Not only is boss Corvus able to use any ability, weapon, or skill you have access to, it’s a two-phase of this. It’s an incredibly easy fight to lose, but there are some tricks that make it a lot easier.
How to Beat Corvus in Thymesia
General Tips
Four tips are always good to remember in Thymesia. The first is that Talents can be freely reset or single choices can be unlearned to change your build on the fly. This makes some of the bosses a lot easier than just getting past certain bothersome enemies. Another is that weapon shards increase Plague Weapon power, making them useful if you want to rely on them.
In the item menu under general, there are items called Collection of Memories. These start at level one and give 100 memory shards peruse, with the level two version giving 500. These are great for leveling fast or quickly gaining access to another skill or ability without risking your life for shards.
Finally, I want to touch on potions, as this impacts all aspects of Thymesia. I beat everything with the General Potion, but there are use cases for the other two. These are subjective, but the order you upgrade potions is not. I would say quantity is the most crucial category, followed by recovery and then crafting. The only thing to keep in mind is total health. If the potion heals more than your current HP or when you’ll likely use it, consider getting the craft upgrades.
As for crafting, these use random drops that have various effects. These ingredients are permanent, meaning there is no risk in using them in a potion or picking specific valuable results. I personally found Black Pepper, Garlic, and Basil, which gives Warming Up (damage increased by 10 percent), the most useful, but there is a case that can be made for each of them.
Set Up
For this fight, the only Plague Weapon you need is the Bow. If it’s not at least at the point where the extended action is unlocked, I suggest farming some kills and trying to hit the max level. It also helps to have 10 Strength and Plague to get all the benefits from it.
In this fight, the most critical Talents are Energised Claws, Feather Dart, Full Winged, Growing Feathers, Energised Feather, and Perfectionist.
Fighting Corvus
Phase One
This fight’s trick is to keep the offensive and know when you can attack. I would personally shoot as many bow shots as I can and wait for an easy attack to counter. Since he has access to almost every Plague Weapon and Talent in the game, it might take a minute, but you should know his moves since they’re the same you’ve seen all tournament.
Phase Two
Not many changes besides Corvus using more extended actions. Like before, use the bow as much as possible, wait for easy moves and punish as much as you can. It might take some trial and error, but once you get the rhythm down of locking out his attacks with bow shots, it gets to be a pretty easy fight.

Endings
After beating Corvus, there will be a prompt to select two cores. What you select gives a different ending. To make it simple, you can find our ending guide here, but if you figure it out on your own, just know you can endlessly repeat this fight after beating him to unlock each ending.
