Tekken 8 is getting even bigger, especially with the inclusion of Bob Onigiri into the roster. The gameplay trailer gave us everything we need to know about his return, and it was definitely a very cool thing to watch. As always, Bob Onigiri is definitely a type of grappler with some interesting moves, trying to master him will be tough but also fun to accomplish. Bob Onigiri will be releasing in August as a part of the Season 3 which will bring more characters like Kunimitsu and a certain Kangaroo that has been made into a meme recently. I can’t believe they pulled these things off.
Tekken 8 becomes bigger
Bigger and better indeed, this fighter carries a particular girth to him that will put all your opponents in awe, that is if the player behind him plays well. Grapplers tend to be rather complex to handle and often become noob stompers if left unchecked, considering fighting games are a tough genre, you will need to adapt to this new character but for people who has been following the franchise then you might already know some weaknesses. There’s a ton of homework to do when getting into Tekken 8, as no match is the same and it takes time to master the game.
There is a ton of characters and it is clear that the roster will keep expanding further, however this new entry in the Tekken series has been quite the controversial one. Adding microtransactions post review was one of the most scummy moves of the series, and it is clear that things are quite rotten and Bandai Namco. Thankfully one can still return back to the classics such as Tekken 2 or Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection on the PSP, most of these games are the same and the only thing that changes is the roster.
