Muramasa Revenant Blades just got revealed on PC and it looks like it can become a huge hit provided it does everything right. It will be releasing in 2027, and considering that it is coming from the hands of Vanillaware I have zero doubts that this entry will do perfect. The art is already gorgeous, which is pretty much the specialty of the work that Vanillaware tends to do, they are a group of artists primarily. That does not mean that the games are just okay however, things like Unicorn Overlord are reasons to buy the Nintendo Switch for example, speaks of the quality of the work they do.

It will be dropping in 2027 at an unspecified date, so be sure to put it in your wishlist to help the developers out with the algorithm battle. As more people place a game on the wishlist, the more popular it gets due to how the Steam recommendation system works. Not to mention that there is an entire feature that allows you to position your game based on the amount of wishlists its in, so make sure Muramasa Revenant Blades can win this battle of popularity.
This will be a tough hack and slash game with unforgettable art and characters, and it definitely looks like something that will remain timeless, much to the like of other works coming from Vanillaware. I have a feeling that once this drops in 2027, it might end up being one of the best games of the year and I will do everything in my power to check it out when it comes out. If you like tough games that also feel like the good old days, I feel like Muramasa Revenant Blades will be an amazing game to get in your Steam library.
