Intravenous 3 just got revealed on Steam and its pretty much more Intravenous for those who enjoy going ham with Hotline Miami style games.If you have been following the series as I did back when it was launched in 2021, you would have realized you could get the first game for free for a limited period of time. Its a pretty solid experience, and I love that the series just keeps building steadily over the things that worked, instead of doing wild new things with the risk of alienating the fans. This story of revenge is quite something that you need to experience.
Intravenous 3 coming soon
We still don’t know when this new entry will drop but probably we will have it in 2026. There is a DLC for Intravenous 2 that allows us to play a remastered version of the first game, however, I feel like just going with the first one if you already have it in your library will give you enough fun already. Games should return to being like this, focused, small, but also with huge impact. There’s many things to do nowadays so not many have time to only play games all the time, things have to end.
Intravenous 3 will probably provide something quick, familiar, and most importantly of quality. This new entry will allow us to play as two characters, the returning main character, Steve, is back and pairs up yet again with Sean, who we find in the sequel as a playable character too. This time, their play styles are pretty well defined, Steve is aggressive and it feels as if you played Hotline Miami, meanwhile Sean aims at a more stealth oriented play style. Who knows what the story will give us this time, twists and turns can happen at any moment in Intravenous 3.
