Mazebound just got better with this new update, and it was a feature that I thought would belong to the base game if you ask me. Permadeath is now an addition to the PC game, and it has been a feature many people seems to have requested based on the reaction of players. It is cool that this new indie game keeps getting free updates, and its also going for a nice 20% discount if you are still curious to jump on it. If you were looking for an unique cooperative game, this is definitely an experience you shouldn’t pass up on.
Mazebound gets bigger
There is a ton to uncover in the maze, and the place is also extremely hostile to those who explore it. Now with the addition of a hardcore mode, people can experience the true horror of permadeath making all of their playthroughs more tense. Trying to escape the maze hasn’t been that scary until this new update dropped, so you and your friends should perhaps jump into it. Alongside this mode, a solo speedrun mode has been added to the game, so for those maze runners who want to play alone, now you have a feature just made for you.
Mazebound keeps growing, and more copies keep getting sold, although I feel like this might be grinding to a halt considering there is a new cooperative and competitive game in town known as Meccha Chameleon. While not the same type of game by any means, it does provide a classic experience with a new take on the prop hunt game mode, and its definitely not a scary game like Mazebound. However, if you are a fan of horror and so are your friends, Mazebound is definitely the one that will win them over. So maybe get your hands on it before the offer ends.
