Pokémon GO is set to launch a new, multi-week event series focused entirely on its iconic team leaders. Starting May 26, players will have access to a rotation of limited-time quests, themed rewards, and unique encounters tied specifically to Team Mystic, Team Instinct, and Team Valor.
The three-week celebration kicks off with Blanche’s Quest for Knowledge, running from May 26 through June 1. This opening week shifts the spotlight onto Team Mystic, increasing wild spawns for specific Water- and Ice-type Pokémon like Squirtle, Alolan Vulpix, and Lapras. Players utilizing Incense during this window will attract a distinct pool of monsters, including Cubone and Sableye. Completing Field Research tasks provides additional encounter opportunities, while the accompanying GO Pass features a special Blanche-themed Lapras complete with a unique Team Mystic background.
Immediately following, Spark’s Caretaking Quest takes over from June 2 to June 8. Representing Team Instinct, this portion of the event heavily emphasizes hatching Eggs and exploration. The wild encounter table shifts to feature Pokémon such as Bulbasaur, Alolan Raichu, and Dratini. Trainers who focus on hatching 7km Eggs during this week can expect to find Pichu, Elekid, Shinx, Varoom, Galarian Corsola, and Hisuian Qwilfish. The ultimate milestone reward for this stretch is an Elekid sporting a Spark-themed accessory.
The event series concludes with Candela’s Quest for Victory, scheduled from June 9 to June 15. Team Valor’s week introduces a combat-centric structure prioritizing Raids and Battle challenges. Classic Fire- and Fighting-type Pokémon like Charmander, Mankey, and Hisuian Growlithe will flood the wild, while the Raid rotation updates to feature Scizor, Honedge, and Rockruff. Progressing through this final leg awards players a Ponyta wearing a Candela-themed accessory alongside a Team Valor background card.
