Graveyard Keeper is currently free to grab if you are a PC gamer, and you only have to enter the Steam store page to claim it by having a Steam account. If you somehow are a PC gamer that does not have a Steam account, I believe you should make one cause there’s tons of cool offers in it, along with many games by indie developers that are worth it too. There is a relatively constant flow of free games on Steam, so make sure to grab them all and getting the latest information about this from here if you wanna be ahead of the curve.
Graveyard Keeper is curious
Some have dismissed this game as a clone of Stardew Valley, but they are very far from the truth. While there might be some similarities its actually quite the different game altogether, in here you often are tasked with tending a graveyard and trying to make the community grow in any way you can. The part of doing so in any way you can is actually crucial, as this game is a critique to capitalism itself, it kinda feels like they just took a way darker spin than the one presented by Stardew Valley.
While there is similar elements Graveyard Keeper is actually unique enough and there is focus on a different array of things, its also a free game you can keep forever and a sequel is coming soon, so make sure to actually add this one to your library. This one dropped back in 2018 and it went unnoticed by many, so its nice to see this game is getting the recognition it deserves in this day and age. If you liked Graveyard Keeper, I will highly recommend you to add Graveyard Keeper 2 to your wishlist to help the developers out.
