City Masterplan might be one of the most ambitious City Builders made by an indie developer on PC. A trailer has dropped showcasing a very interesting game with in-depth systems and tons of customization, it really feels like a dream come true for lovers of the genre who might be searching for something deep and intricate to play around with. People love depth in their games, and city builder fans are obsessed with trying to customize even the most minute detail, having 1:1 will ensure you get lost on your own creations.

We still don’t know when this new entry will drop, however it might be sooner than later, what is showcased in the trailer feels more than just a preliminary build of the game. I have a feeling it might be dropping near the end of this year at most, and in just some months at the very least, however some people have raised suspicions around this game. The fact that its being developed with Unreal Engine 5 raises some eyebrows as that engine is known to be quite unoptimized if used wrong. All that we can see right now is merely a demo, just a teaser trailer of what it could be, not what it really is. Whenever City Masterplan comes out, hopefully there will be people who can test it and we will see if its as good as its being depicted here.
