Forza Horizon 5 had a series of bonus and time-limited cars that you could only get by completing events and challenges over the course of a week from the game’s Festival Playlist system that was introduced when the arcade racer first came out in 2021. The playlist was also repeated in 2025, giving all players another chance to collect any cars they may have missed earlier, which was welcome. However, all of those cars are now available for purchase via the ‘Horizon Backstage’ store which means now’s your chance to get all of the time-limited, exotic cars from Forza Horizon 5 and keep them in your collection forever.
Forza Horizon 5 continues to be a massive hit on the Playstation 5 as the open world racing title is confirmed to cross over 5 million copies sold on the Sony platform which estimates to more than $300 million in terms of total revenue on the PS5 alone for the 2021 game. One of the first Xbox-exclusive titles to be released on the Playstaion 5, Forza Horizon 5 was received phenomenally well on Sony’s console with the arcade racer being one of the titles to shine exceptionally on the more powerful PS5 Pro console by offering extensive Ray Tracing capabilities that’s just not available on the Xbox platform.
Forza Horizon 5 was released for the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Xbox Game Pass in November 2021, while also launching for the PlayStation 5 on April 29 last year. The game received wide critical acclaim upon release and is currently one of the most well-reviewed titles in the racing genre.
The successor to the massively successful Horizon 5, Forza Horizon 6 is speeding it’s way to the PC and Xbox Series X|S on May 19th and is expected to launch on the Playstation 5 later this year.
