Drift Market

Drift Market is quite a crazy PC game, and yet another indie that deserves our attention. Coming in the 4th quarter of 2026 this new game will surprise us with some crazy antics. The jazzy soundtrack is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about the game, and all of it is made by the developer himself, fitting the chaotic vibe that this game has. With our Trolley of Doom, we will plant the seeds of chaos across the supermarket, interrupting its daily operation and taking down many consumers with us. The rebellion of mutant fruits and veggies ensues!

Drift Market is coming soon

Drift Market aims to be a game where physics and fully destructible environments are everything, you could even argue that this might be a physics sandbox for some. However there is more in the pack, as we can actually fight against bosses that are themed around supermarkets and everything pertaining to them, there will also be upgrades for your Trolley of Doom, and depending on the way you play the game you might be favoring some over others. Each store will be different, so we will hopefully be able to find a reason to use all upgrades available.

Many of the issues that happen with these kind of games is the fact that upgrades often feel like a win more button as it is quite hard to balance the functionality of them unless the stage design is really well done. While this does not seem to be a game that has procedural generation for levels, perhaps something else will be revealed that proves the contrary to us. Regardless, there will be a ton of things to crash with and destroy in the process, be it guards, shelves or even consumers themselves, our mission in Drift Market is to reduce consumer culture as if it were cholesterol.
