Gunlocked 2 just got an amazing update that changes many things, such as the fact that we now have the ability to play as 3 new pilots. This sequel has been doing quite well on PC, and the fact that the developers decide to add more things to it for free is amazing. Along with this, price has been reduced substantially, a 40% discount for such a new game is big, this barely released on August of this year. We have to keep in mind that updates will flow constantly and players won’t have to pay any price for them too.
Gunlocked 2 gets bigger
For those seeking a new Bullet Heaven in the vein of Vampire Survivors, Gunlocked 2 offers something very interesting by going back to the roots of what originated the term in the first place. For those familiar with the Touhou series, Bullet Hell was a term used to describe it thanks to the barrage of bullets that always pop up on screen ready to delete all your lives. Bullet Heaven is the opposite, you are the one inflicting that pain upon massive hordes of enemies, and while early on you may feel week the more you survive the stronger you get.
The flow of these types of games is rather addicting, and it is nice to see different takes on the matter with new concepts, and even going full circle with the concept too because now we return to the era of Shoot em ups. This is the best time to get into the game, and developers are also still looking for feedback from other players, if you are ready to jump in you should consider helping the developers with your takes and ideas on how to improve.
