Capcom has revealed the official system requirements for Resident Evil Requiem which is the upcoming huge entry in the iconic series of horror games and they’re actually much more mild and generous than you may have thought, especially compared to most AAA titles released in 2025. To put it simply, Resident Evil Requiem seems destined to run smooth on most CPU and GPUs out there which also indicates the game has been greatly optimized for the PC platform, as opposed to most other AAA’s that came out in recent years.

However, the system requirements don’t specify the target resolutions and visual quality levels you can get in the game but judging by the specs, you should be able to play Resident Evil Requiem without much issues on most CPUs and GPUs that are widely available.
Resident Evil Requiem will see players stepping in the shoes of FBI agent Grace Ashcroft as they attempt to survive horrors upon horrors in the desolate Raccoon City as the game launches on February 27th, 2026. Pre-orders for the upcoming survival horror title is also underway and doing so will get you access to multiple in-game bonus contents, as is expected in pretty much all videogames out there.
The standard edition of the game comes at $69.99 for Nintendo Switch 2, PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S while the Deluxe edition of Resident Evil Requiem costs $79.99 and includes five bonus costumes, four weapon skins, two screen filters, one audio pack and more in-game contents.
