Microsoft rolls out Gaming Copilot, a terrible piece of software that exists primarily to gather data on your screen. Unfortunately most people aren’t aware of the privacy violations and consequences this has on your PC and how harmful it can be. It has been reported by various sources that PCs using Windows 11 have been facing severe hardware issues such as dead SSD’s and other failing hardware such as CPUs and PSUs. We live in an era where big companies try to snuck AI into everything, often times without our consent, and its getting very dumb.
Microsoft blunders again with useless features
Gaming Copilot is useless, imagine being told by a huge corporation the way you should play your game. People often wonder why games are so unfun nowadays, but the reality is that they are playing wrong. The vast majority of people don’t seem to care about engaging with them correctly, and the only proper way to play a game is going blind and learning as you go. The aversion of people to learn new things is rather scary, and it seems many have accepted that they don’t wanna learn anything anymore. Nobody asked for Microsoft to do this, yet they did.
Many will often retort back with the fact that games are meant to be relaxing, and the true answer is that there’s genres and genres. You have your Animal Crossings and you have your Dark Souls, but Microsoft’s goal is to make the gaming crowd dumber if they already didn’t fall in the pit of “AI” slop. “AI” does not really exist, its a fake algorithm that is vastly hyped up and only incurs in huge monetary loses for those who created it. Things are so bad for the “AI” slop crowd that they still have to pay some big debts next month, nobody real wants a huge machine that gobbles up water and prevents us from taking showers.
