House of the Dead 2 Remake gets a juicy trailer with the release date slated just some weeks away. PC players will get the opportunity to enjoy this classic, as it will release on Steam and GOG, this means that players getting the game on GOG will actually own it forever, so it really becomes the best version to get in the first place. Each time you have the possibility to buy something from another service that isn’t Steam, it should be a chance that PC players should treasure. In this increasing age of companies trying to remove our rights of ownership, we need to fight back by wanting to keep our stuff. We at Infinite Start support that fight.
House of the Dead 2 Remake is surprising
We will get this one on August 7th, thats actually very close to us when you think about it. The original dropped back in the year 2000s, and many people in the comments section of the trailer are claiming that they prefer the old one, as the current one looks to brownish. It truly feels as if this was some sort of PS3 era game, an era when the majority of games were shooters, and they were also quite brown too. House of the Dead 2 Remake seems to follow this trends to an unhealthy degree, and it might cost the game dearly.
People are becoming aware that the industry is struggling, so they are becoming less and less enamored with the idea of owning bad games in the first place. If only developers could get properly paid for doing things and they weren’t laid off, maybe this could have been prevented. Between pushing for “AI”, and cutting millions of jobs across the board these years, it seems that the reality is that this companies do not really care about doing things right.
