Fortnite keeps changing, and now with Disney, it’s growing a lot. A big leak from famous Fortnite leaker Loolo_WRLD tells us about a new Disney game mode coming up. It moves away from the usual battle events of the game. This new mode will have a long story and movie-like scenes, a big step for Fortnite. The project is so big that Epic Games needed extra help to make it, showing how much work and time they’re putting in.
We got this news after Disney put in $1.5 billion into Epic Games earlier this year. Fortnite often brings in Disney characters. Before, villains like Captain Hook and others appeared in the game. A good example of story work was the Galactic Battle mini-season in early 2025, with Star Wars heroes and villains. It changed the game world to match Star Wars, with new looks, weapons, and even a Darth Vader run by AI making things look real.
Besides Disney stories, Epic Games also said they are teaming up with Marvel. They will add the Fantastic Four—Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and The Thing—as skins. These new skins will come out in the Item Shop on July 25, at the same time as the new Marvel movie, The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Doctor Doom, who fights the Fantastic Four, was in the game before, showing how these partnerships keep going.
There are also talks about a Simpsons mini-season after Chapter 6 Season 4, maybe using Springfield as a map. This shows how Epic Games keeps making Fortnite bigger by using different famous stories. These moves show a strong link growing between Epic Games and Disney and their ongoing work to mix many cultural stories into Fortnite.
