Bethesda has just released Oblivion Remaster’s first patch which is available starting today in beta state before finally releasing on all platforms on June 11. The latest patch for Oblivion Remaster is the first of two separate patches scheduled to be released in the coming weeks and while this one focuses mainly on major bugs, quests and tons of quality-of-life improvements, the next patch will be centered around the game’s performance which is uneven and has multiple inconsistencies that need to be ironed out.
The highlights of Oblivion Remaster’s first patch include multiple console commands that will enable players to take in-game screenshots, fixes when the game fails to automatically display local maps in indoor locations, fix for the first-person camera being set above the player’s head and many more.
