Gearbox’s upcoming Borderlands 4 is now available for pre-order including the $69.99 Standard Edition, the $99.99 Deluxe Edition and finally the more expensive Super Deluxe Edition which costs a whopping $129.99 so if you want to play the action-RPG plus looter shooter, you should book your copy in your choice of platform starting today. And as we can see, Borderlands 4 will not cost $80 instead the Standard Edition of the game will be sold for $69.99 which is pretty reasonable.

Each edition of the game will also come packed with tons of bonus features including four upcoming DLC packs with whole new quests, bosses and more additional contents of Borderlands 4 so there’s plenty of value to go around. The game is currently available for pre-order on Steam alongside Epic Games Store across PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The Standard Edition of Borderlands 4 will contain the base game along with the Gilded Glory Pack, a Vault Hunter skin, a weapon skin, and an ECHO-4 drone skin. The Deluxe Edition will include everything in the Standard version plus a Firehawk’s Fury weapon design reward pack collection, four unique areas filled with new missions and unique bosses, four Vault cards with whole new challenges and rewards, new weapons and gear, new Vault Hunter cosmetics and four new vehicles with new cosmetics.

And the Super Deluxe Edition will feature all the contents from both standard and deluxe versions of the game plus an ornate pre-order pack, four Vault Hunter skins, heads and bodies, a Vault Hunter pack, two new playable Vault Hunters, two new story packs with new stories and side quests and two new map regions. Designed to appeal to the most enthusiast of Borderlands fan, the Super Deluxe Edition is packed to the brim with new gear and weapons, new Vault Hunter cosmetics and new ECHO-4 cosmetics.

    Recommended:

    • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
    • OS: Windows 10 / Windows 11
    • Processor: Intel Core i7-12700 / AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
    • Memory: 32 GB RAM
    • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 / AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
    • Storage: 100 GB available space
    • Additional Notes: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system. Requires 8+ CPU Cores for processor. Requires 12+ GB VRAM for graphics. SSD storage required

Aside from the heavy storage and 8-core CPU, the Unreal Engine 5 powered title seems pretty reasonable in terms of overall requirements. Borderlands 4 is also confirmed to use the Denuvo anti-tamper tech which has more downsides than advantages so do keep that in mind before making your buying decision.

Borderlands 4 is slated to be released on September 12.
