Blind Touch is an innovative experience crafted by an indie studio for PC players to enjoy. This new puzzle game is unique in its type, and it truly is an experience to enjoy and cannot really be described by words. The best way to describe Blind Touch is as an immersive simulator where you are blind, but as you explore the seemingly empty void, you end up relearning the things you forgot, connecting with what you can’t see anymore. You could say it truly feels like “being blind simulator” but it is disingenuous to consider the game as that. We at Infinite Start give indie titles the recognition they deserve.
Blind Touch is one of its kind
With your guide cane as a power, your task is to rediscover the world through a new perspective. I don’t know how precise this is comparing it to people who are blind, but its obvious its quite the fantastical take on the condition. There’s even an entire menu in braille, a nice touch for those who know how to decipher the symbology, meant for blind people to guide themselves in the world and read.
This experience is very immersive, and this was only the demo, I can’t imagine what the full game will be when its out, but I bet that it will still remain filled with surprises and things to discover, in quite a literal way. You play as someone who got into an accident, and lost their vision and memories, so your task is to regain all of that lost knowledge with the help of your trusty cane, a tool that will help you decipher this dark yet familiar world.
By using the rest of your senses, will you be able to recover your past? If you think you are up for the challenge, try out the demo of Blind Touch, and also consider wish listing the title.
