Besides breaking the Internet yesterday with the launch of the long awaited second trailer for GTA 6, developer Rockstar Games has also released tons of jaw dropping screenshots providing tantalizing glimpses of Vice city which is the enormous playground for Grand Theft Auto 6. The developer has also unveiled whole new characters along with their unique details and all of them look fully realized and are sure to play vital roles in the main narrative of GTA 6.
And looking at the colossal scale of the world that Rockstar has created for GTA 6, it’s abundantly clear that no videogame has ever managed to come close to this level of ambition and scope, so far. The official website for GTA 6 showcases the key places and diverse regions of Vice city in the same manner that you’ll find in real life tourism sites, with insanely detailed and breathtakingly realistic screenshots. It looks like Rockstar just hasn’t crafted the biggest and the most detailed Open World in the history of videogames, they’ve also managed to breathe life into a completely fictional World that looks like it’s actually real.
The world of GTA 6 has six main regions and all of them looks equally unique and gloriously detailed: Vice City, Lenoida Keys, Grassrivers, Ambriosa, Mount Kalaga National Park and Port Gellhorn. Rockstar has also provided deep dives for each of these places which is a must read and add more depth and character to these fictional areas. These diverse regions make sure that the players will never run out of in-game activities to participate in or get tired of exploring these areas.
Besides providing these gigantic and lifelike in-game regions for players to get completely lost in, they also showcase just how much of a monumental leap GTA 6 really is. GTA 6 was already destined to push the envelope of gaming and boy, did Rockstar deliver.
The new characters the player will come across in GTA 6 all come with their own interesting stories and traits as well and they are: Cal Hampton who is protagonist Jason’s close friend, Boobie Ike, a strip club mogul, Dre’Quan Priest who is an aspiring music producer, Real Dimez who are a viral rap duo, Raul Batista the career criminal and Brian Heder who is an old-school smuggler.
The new trailer along with the places and character details not only provide an adequate appetizer for players who were eagerly waiting for the game to come out in 2025 but also create whole new reasons for getting excited about GTA 6.
