Devil May Cry

Devil May Cry may receive a remake sooner than we think

Devil May Cry is a classic franchise, everyone should play the games as they are enjoyable and filled with action. For those who are tired of the handhold-ish nature of modern video games, this one never disappoints. Provided you skip Devil May Cry 2, the one game that actually needs a full remake, you will be having a blast. I still keep my opinion that remakes should be a thing that happens for bad games rather than good ones. Considering how terrible Devil May Cry 2 performed, I don’t think we will ever see it happen for that game, but we are sure it will happen for the first game that started it all.

Devil May Cry may return

PC players can also try out the collection as a starting point, since it includes all of the important titles, including 3, which is regarded as the best title in the entire series and serves as a proper introduction to the lore. The third entry is also filled with tons of features, although, the best way to play it would be grabbing the PS2 special edition and putting it into a backup DVD of your own. This series is best played with a joystick, since combo inputs are essential to progress swiftly through the game.

Devil May Cry is truly a Capcom classic, and rumors are plenty about a revival. This is perhaps one of the better franchises Capcom got going in the 2000s. However, we have to remember that Capcom today had become a massive corporation that profits thanks to the worst practices of the industry. Microtransactions will slowly become a thing that trickles into every Capcom game whether you like it or not, so you better get ready for that fact.

Thankfully, a ton of their older games can be played for free provided you know where to find them. Capcom is a very capable developer and publisher, however, greed is clouding their judgment, and they have become quite corrupted.
