TSMC might cause hardware prices to skyrocket by 30%

TSMC is one of the most prolific and relevant semiconductor companies in the world. Having partnered in the past with AMD and being a valuable asset, they can determine the fate of the hardware space when it comes to prices. Thanks to the ongoing tariffs, prices for USA hardware will be on the rise, by at least a 30% rumors claim. There’s really no reason as to why people would believe that tariffs aren’t the things that make prices soar. Of course, those who are politically motivated try to diminish the impact of tariffs in everything. We at Infinite Start will bring light to the future of hardware that approaches.

TSMC price soar, shrinkflation part 2

Shrinkflation has already happened in multitude of pieces for PC building. From CPUs, but specifically GPUs of the Nvidia brand, there has been a serious issue with quality. All of this hardware has had issues, be it melting, broken drivers, and even less ROPs which are needed for heavy computational loads. Gaming is so unoptimized nowadays that there needs to be some sort of heavy power lifting from the hardware side.

TSMC, being one of the most important players in the hardware industry, might shock the consumer market with more expensive prices. The USA isn’t aware of the fact that they pretty much rely on imports to build their industry. Their means of physical production have been abandoned for quite a long while, and everything is outsourced.

Some speculate that these ridiculous tariffs might be generated by “AI”, and judging from the values spat out, even on territory that isn’t populated by humans, it all makes sense. The USA is governed by a technocracy, and as long as things remain that way, prices for everything might not stop rising. The only thing that can stop this would be people saying no to buying these things, standing their ground and consuming only the essential.
