Lunacid Tears

Lunacid Tears of the Moon is a new PC game that captures the magic of those early From Software titles. King’s Field has been a very important game for the industry, pioneering some mind boggling effects that surprised many home console gamers. Despite that, Dark Souls is the more popular title, thanks to its important publicity stunt that lauded it as a very hard title, in the era of super easy games. Still, we have to remember the days, especially today, when games used to be pure atmosphere and tons of secret content. We at Infinite Start will cover this new retro classic.

Lunacid Tears of the Moon is nostalgic

Lunacid Tears of the Moon is totally free to play, and it brings tons of things to do for those who wish to explore a vast world. King’s Field likes are filled with tons of secrets to discover, and are often littered with plenty of deadly traps that will make your life miserable. King’s Field is arguably harder than Dark Souls, being pretty set on teaching players things with death. If you can stomach these sort of trolling from the developers, then you might enjoy Lunacid Tears of the Moon.

This is an addition to the already released Lunacid, which is a paid game that is pretty cheap right now. You could consider this one as a gaiden episode, or a side story. This game will remain free, however, you can support the developers by buying the soundtrack DLC that is around 2 dollars. It is amazing to see people doing their best to code games with outdated engines with almost no documentation.

Lunacid Tears of the Moon is that, an attempt to use old tools and frameworks to create something new and amazing. It takes a ton of effort to do this, so it would be cool if you could support the developer by playing the original too.
