Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.38 Patch Notes Arrive

Polyphony Digital has now released a new update for Gran Turismo 7 today. This patch is available now for PS5 and PS4.

The most exciting thing about this update is that it brings 3 new cars to the game. Some new events and other bug fixes have also been made. Check out the details below from the official website.

Main Features

1. Cars
 - Three new cars have been added:
  ・ Garage RCR Civic
  ・ Honda Civic Type R (FL5) ’22
  ・ MAZDA3 Gr.4

 - The following cars have been implemented to Brand Central:
  ・ Toyota GR Corolla MORIZO Edition ’22
  ・ Toyota Ambulance Himedic ’21

– New liveries have been added for these cars:
  ・ Mazda RX-VISION GT3 CONCEPT
  ・ Mazda Atenza Gr.4
  ・ Mazda Roadster NR-A (ND) ’22

2. World Circuits
 - The following new events have been implemented to World Circuits:
  ・Grand Valley – Highway 1
   - Race of Turbo Sportscars
  ・Dragon Trail
   - Race of Turbo Sportscars
  ・Mount Panorama
   - World Touring Car 700

3. Brand Central
 - The following brand receives a Museum entry:
  ・ Fiat

 - The following brand receives a New Spots:
  ・ Nissan

4. Café
 - These Extra Menus have been added:
  ・Extra Menu No. 29: Collection: Porsche Supercars (Collector Level 42 and above);
  ・Extra Menu No. 30 Collection: GR (Collector Level 39 and above);

– New sets of conversations with the Car Designers and Characters appearing in the Café have been implemented. These new conversations can be accessed by changing to the following cars in your Garage and speaking with the characters in the Café:

Other Improvements and Adjustments

1. Race Screen
 - We added the “Weather Radar” button to the Quick Menu.
 - A countdown is now displayed before a car is replaced when “Replace Car After Leaving Track” is set to “On.”

2. Legend Cars
 - Prices for Legend Cars (Hagerty Collection) have been revised based on real-life valuations from Gran Turismo partner, Hagerty, which provides valuations and vehicle insurance for classic cars and sponsors many historic car events. New prices will be applied the next time a vehicle goes on sale. The next price revision is scheduled for January 2024.

3. Localization
 - Fixed various text localization issues.

4. Others
 - Various other issues have been addressed.
