Outriders is getting injected with new content via the Worldslayer expansion, building upon the Enoch-based sci-fi looter shooter. People Can Fly’s aggressive third-person co-op shooter found a solid community at launch, drawing in more than 3.5 million players. Those numbers were undoubtedly assisted by Square Enix’s decision to include the game on Microsoft’s ever-popular Game Pass subscription service.
With Worldslayer debuting in June, current Game Pass subscribers may find themselves wondering if their monthly dues will cover the expansion so that they can take advantage of all the new content being added to Outriders. Wonder no more; we have the answer.
Outriders Worldslayer will not be included with a Game Pass subscription. While current Game Pass subscribers will retain access to the base Outriders content, they will need to purchase the Worldslayer upgrade separately in order to travel to Enoch’s new locations, where action-packed encounters await.
Whether you have been fine-tuning your Outrider since launch or are considering jumping into Worldslayer upon release, People Can Fly has you covered. A level 30 boost is available to newcomers who wish to skip the main story and dive straight into the new action with friends. Additionally, those who upgrade their standalone or Game Pass copy of Outriders with the Worldslayer expansion will be given 48 hours lead time prior to launch.
Outriders Worldslayer releases on June 30th, 2022. Pre-orders will be given access two days earlier on June 28th.
