There are two ways to claim your DLCs as soon as you start the game. One is by heading to the Download Shop from the main menu.

From the Download Shop, you should be able to see a plethora of DLCs that are available and can purchase regardless of what platform you play. If you have already the DLCs, you can claim them by going to the Unclaimed DLC Items section by pressing Triangle or Y.

All of your DLCs should be under the Unclaimed DLC Items. If you have purchased the Ultimate Edition, don’t be surprised that you have a lot of items to claim. To make it easier to claim everything all at once per pack, go to each pack and select Claim All.

The other way to reach the Unclaimed DLC Items section is when you bring up the menu screen. By going to the System menu, you will be able to see the Unclaimed DLC Items section.
