Deathloop Addresses PC Performance Concerns with These Recommendations

With Deathloop now available, a wide number of Steam owners have noted the PC version has a number of performance issues. These include stuttering, issues launching, or simply crashing.

While the PS5 version runs smooth as butter, when I was playing the PC version, I experienced some crashing as well, and that’s with an RTX 3090. In response, Bethesda released a notice addressing these concerns.

DEATHLOOP is all about being prepared, so make sure you’re prepared by ensuring you have the latest drivers for your video card installed!

NVIDIA Users
Download the latest NVIDIA drivers here.

– Recommended driver version: 471.96 (or newer)
– Minimum supported driver version: 461.40

AMD Users
Download the latest AMD drivers here.

– Recommended driver version: 21.9.1

Please note: Failure to ensure your drivers are properly updated may lead to unexpected gameplay behavior, poor performance, or the inability to properly launch the game.

  • This is disingenuous and not factually accurate. This information was released on Monday, September 13th 2021 at 20:32 BST which is before the release. They have not released any information "in response" to the performance issues users are experiencing. Please update your article or remove it.
