Although WWE 2K25 on the Nintendo Switch 2 comes with all the contents as it’s PS5 and Xbox versions, there are two features centered around the game’s Community Creations that are currently missing in the handheld version–one is the in-game Image Uploader and the other is Cross Platform support which enables players to view and share each others’ creations online across different platforms.
Publisher 2K has also clarified the missing features via an official statement which says: “If you are playing on the Switch 2 you won’t be able to upload or view custom images from other platforms,” the publisher also added that “Nintendo Switch 2 players will not see Image Uploader-based Community Creations from any platform or be able to upload their own.”
Of course, a part of the player base is clearly unhappy with the omission of these two features in the Switch 2 version of WWE 2K25 leading to several players getting a refund of the game. Maybe it would’ve helped if the publisher had made it clear that the game won’t have these features on the handheld console before it arrived on the Switch 2 cause then, at least the players would’ve known what they’re going to get.
In other news of WWE 2K25 on the Switch 2, the Wrestlemania 41 pack is available right now to play on the handheld which includes the Wrestlemania 41 Arena (detailed Allegiant Stadium recreation), Aleister Black who is a surprise debut addition in WWE 2K25, Cody Rhodes (with WrestleMania 41 attire), Jay Uso (WrestleMania 41 attire) along with MyFACTION Persona Cards for all three superstars.
The most ambitious entry in the long running series, WWE 2K25 was met with fairly positive reviews upon release with critics praising the numerous gameplay improvements and the overall number of tweaks that was implemented to make it stand out from it’s predecessor. Boasting the largest roster the series has ever seen till date with over 300 Wrestlers, WWE 2K25 also has multiple DLC’s lined up throughout all year to add even more contents and further playability to the game.
