Cladun X3

Cladun X3 is coming overseas for the first time ever, this is the 3rd entry in the Cladun series if we count what is released on Steam so far, and NIS is handling this one too. If you are familiar with their antics, you might have played some of their games and know how much charisma they have, and it seems that Cladun is a lesser known series coming from them. There’s still no specific release date, but we know it will be in 2025, so remember to stay tuned to know more about it as more news keep coming out at Infinite Start.

Cladun X3 is coming soon

Cladun X3 is an action RPG title with some interesting and unique mechanics, do not let the pixel art style fool you and letting you think this is just a run of the mill game. Much to the like of plenty of NIS titles, there’s a ton of underlying mechanics to grasp if you truly want to take over the game and dominate it. Games with deep mechanics should really make a return, as the era for games that solve everything for you seems to be ending, things should be about the challenge after all.

This mystery dungeon type game carries with itself some very interesting design choices, such as the fact that its actually happening in real time compared to other titles in the genre. While this might have been done by other titles that I’m not aware of, its important to keep revolutionizing the genre with new IPs, the right way to progress with the industry is by making new IPs that do new things, rather than tuning old IPs into new ones. That way, one can keep being original, while at the same time respecting the legacy of titles that built the industry that we know and love.

Playground Games Confirms 15-to-20 Hour Campaign for Fable Reboot Playground Games has confirmed that the upcoming Fable reboot will feature a mainline story lasting between 15 and 20 hours. Speaking during a group press session at Gamescom 2026, associate game director Will Kennedy outlined the scope of the project, stating that the central questline is paired with a similar 15-to-20-hour block of side quests and open-world exploration. Beyond authored content, the developers emphasized that the title’s simulation and life systems allow for indefinite play depending on player investment. Full coverage of the interview context can be found in Polygon’s developer Q&A. This targeted duration keeps the reboot in line with the structure of Lionhead Studios' original trilogy rather than the massive scale of modern role-playing games. The 2004 original averaged roughly 12.5 hours for its main path, while Fable II and Fable III clocked in at approximately 13 and 13.5 hours respectively. By keeping the core path concise, Playground Games appears focused on density and narrative pacing rather than padding out the experience with mandatory filler. Community reception to the announcement has leaned positive, particularly among veteran players who prefer tightly structured campaigns over 100-hour commitments. As discussed in a active Reddit community thread, many players welcomed the focused runtime, noting that the series' signature alignment shifts and choice-driven paths naturally encourage multiple playthroughs. The game’s optional activities will include property ownership, local employment, and dynamic NPC interactions, extending gameplay well past the main story credits. Following previous delays, Fable is scheduled to launch on February 23, 2027, for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
