Bonetox is an arena shooter like the good old PC games we used to have, it really feels like some classic that was forgotten in time and more people need to play. Currently, its still an early access game and being actively developed by what seems to be a single developer, there does not seem to be any sort of AI slop involvement in it either. It is crazy how cool the game is with how little it offers, but really many games of the older days are like that, they offered less, but what they offered had more quality rather than just realistic graphics.

Seems like the game will be releasing in Q1 of 2027, around 6 months from now on, but there could be delays because developers are people and not robots who pump plagiarized material out. I would say we have to wait patiently for this one to cook up, in the meantime we can just play the cheaper early access version and see how things turn out too. Buying early access games can be risky but sometimes they yield some amazing returns in time investment, like Ultrakill. Not to mention that lately games in early access have started to release recently.
Bonetox might be one of these games that can be legendary provided it hits the right player base, alas, considering the amount of games that releases constantly, it might just get lost in the sea of games. We will see how this turns out, hopefully the developer can win some experience out of it, it looks like their first game and like they might have flipped some assets from the store too. Nonetheless, Arena Shooters are few and rare to find, so maybe this might be the game that changes things up.
