American Truck Simulator just got a new DLC announced and yet again this is an amazing recreation of another state that needed to come to the game. As always, the team behind American Truck Simulator puts a ton of effort into trying to bring realism into the game, as they model each and every DLC based on real locations. All of this is clearly done with human effort behind, and it shows the people responsible for the game really care about the craft more than anything. I’m curious to see all of the things they will manage to implement with this one.
American Truck Simulator gets bigger
We still don’t know the release date for this new DLC, but we can assume that it will be coming to PC sooner than later, considering the other DLCs have been announced and released rather quickly of course. It always depends on the size of the region too, considering a lot of effort goes into realistic depictions of actual places you can visit that can take a ton of work. 3D modelling might look simple on paper, but actually there is a ton of work involved into the creation of virtual worlds like this, and SCS Software does a great job at this.
If you still didn’t get American Truck Simulator for some reason, I highly recommend you getting the game if you are an enthusiast of trucking or any traveling activity really. There is a ton to see, and considering how realistic the depictions of states happen to be it might as well feel as if you are traveling there yourself if you have the PC that supports the requirements. While it can never beat visiting places yourself in real life, American Truck Simulator gives players a dream of what was once achievable with a bit of money.
