Nightdive Studios and PLAION confirmed System Shock will release for PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox One/Series on May 21. This release includes both digital and physical copies, though PlayStation 4/Xbox One will be digital only.
Along with enjoying a revamped version of this classic, the console release features a “newly reworked ending that upgrades the final confrontation with SHODAN,” the choice of male, or female, protagonists, and redesigned controls. It was also confirmed the PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series version will support visuals up to 4K60FPS.
