It has now been announced that this year’s release of Armored Core VI is the best-selling game in the franchise.
As reported by Twisted Voxel, the Japanese voice actors, Ryo Shimokawa and Yasuyuki Kase, announced during a live stream that the game has sold 2.8 million copies across all platforms thus far.
The game got favorable reviews from both fans and critics. Not to mention FromSoftware’s reputation has increased a lot thanks to their releases of Dark Souls, Sekiro, and last year’s Elden Ring.
It will be interesting to see if more Armored Core games are released in the near future thanks to the success of the newest game.
