Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot Gets Delayed On Xbox Series X/S

It looks like the Xbox Series X/S version of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has been delayed digitally. This is thanks to a technical issue when you are trying to download the game on your Xbox.

Due to this delay, the Bardock DLC and Season 2 have also been delayed for Xbox Series X/S players. The issue does not seem to occur for those playing the game on PlayStation.

Anyway, you can read the official announcement below from the official Bandai Namco website.

Due to this reason, we have also decided to postpone the release of the Xbox One version of the new DLC “-BARDOCK- Alone Against Fate” and “Season Pass 2“, which were scheduled to be released at the same time today.

This issue only occurs for customers who are playing the Xbox One version of DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT ” on an Xbox Series X|S console and does not occur for those who are playing the game using an Xbox One console.

We have also confirmed that the Saved data made on the Xbox One Version of KAKAROT will not be affected or deleted.

A new release date has yet to be announced.
