June is a big month for PlayStation Plus, as Sony will introduce the new tiers in various different markets, leaving players interested in what, if any, changes will happen in the essential tier. If June is anything to go off of, it looks to be one of the better months so far.
Headlining the month is God of War. Those with a PlayStation 5 might be underwhelmed due to it being a current offering on the PlayStation Plus Collection, but it’s good more people can check it out prior to God of War: Ragnarok‘s release sometime later this year.
Joining it is Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, which is a fun way to revisit the popular anime/manga series. It features four player co-op, allowing for some interesting fights or crazy tactics with the worlds extremely diverse range of characters.
Finally, for PlayStation 4 and 5 we have Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. The Super Smash Bros.-esque fighter made some waves by bringing countless beloved Nickelodeon characters together in a better than you’d expect fighter. While it falls short of what we’ve seen with MultiVersus, recently Jenny XJ-9 was added, with Rocko and Hugh Neutron on the way. Plus, with this likely reviving the online community, it’s a fantastic time to give it a shot.
Expect these titles to hit PlayStation Plus on June 6, 2022.
