The Snitch teased fans by posting a gif of Kratos nodding with the numbers 11110, which fans believe this suggests a possibly date for a release date or State of Play for God of War Ragnarok.
The tricky thing is decoding what exactly the message is meant to imply. Some have taken it to suggest a Nov. 10 or 11 release date, but others think the peculiar five digit code is actually a binary number, which would make it 30. Looking at a calendar, Dec. 30 would be a Friday, which is when Sony typically releases games now a days.
The only thing that makes this release date questionable is how this would impact holiday sales and Bloomberg recently reported that their sources were saying Nov. 2022. It’s also possible the 30 is in reference to June 30, so next Thursday, something Sony commonly does with their State of Plays. Both of which fall in line with reports that Sony will supposedly reveal the release date before the end of June.
While it’s hard to say what exactly it means, at lease is suggests something is coming and it’s coming soon.
