Monster Hunter games have been known for a lot of things to do right after finishing the main story. In the case of Monster Hunter Stories 2, the post-game content is no different as there are a plethora of things to do.
Players needing direction as to what type of content unlocks or things to do right after finishing the main story, we got you covered.
The main staple of the Monster Hunter series is crafting weapons from downed monsters. In Monster Hunter Stories 2, there are a plethora of high-rank armors and weapons that players can craft. Simply searching for monsters in High-Rank Monster Dens, complete Elder’s Lair challenges, and challenging subquests will give players the materials they need to craft the long-sought armor players have been looking for.
Players wanting to collect all of the monsties in the game can search inside the high-rank monster dens for an egg that players may have missed in the early run-through. Note that there are monsters like the Zinogres and Tigrexes waiting to be hunted in High-Rank monster dens.
One of the biggest challenges in Monster Hunter Stories 2 is going through the Elder’s lair which features a series of trials where a plethora of high-rank monsters and their variants await. For those who are wanting to craft high-rank weapons and armors, the Elder’s Lair is the place to hunt those monsters for rare materials. Not to mention Elder Dragon Eggs can be acquired as well.
