When it comes to harder games, there is no bigger fear than the first boss. They set the tone for the rest of the adventure and usually make a scene by being extremely difficult or requiring more precision than one might have. While Guardian Siegrid is not quite that difficult, she does enough damage to easily drop you in a couple of hits.
Unfortunately, no amount of exploration or grinding is going to really change the outcome of this fight.
Initially, Guardian Siegrid looks like a fearsome zombie nun that looks tough but is actually pretty simple. Her attacks are super easy to learn and even easier to dodge. If she jumps, simply run under and if she swings, odds are it will be forward. The only exception is when she spins her flail around. But, just wait it out and you’ll do fine.
Around 20 percent health she will transform into a larger boss with full health and quick strikes. She retains the same core weaknesses, so if she jumps run under her, and when in doubt dodge roll behind. The only thing to keep in mind is that she will rush you and come in fast. It’s strongly advised to play defensively. It might take longer but she will eventually go down.
