Rockstar Games announced that both Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online will be coming to PS5 and Xbox Series on November 11.
Grand Theft Auto V first debuted in 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360 and received many ports with visual improvements. With the PS5 and Xbox Series versions, both games will feature technical improvements, visual upgrades, and performance enhancements.
Grand Theft Auto Online will be available as a standalone version on both platforms. The new standalone version of GTA Online will be available for free exclusively to PlayStation 5 players during the first three months. And PlayStation Plus members on PlayStation 4, make sure to claim your GTA$1,000,000 by visiting the PlayStation Store at the start of each month — every month until the launch of GTA Online on PlayStation 5.
Additionally, there will be surprises coming in a few weeks in celebration of Grand Theft Auto III’s 20th anniversary. Those who play GTA Online will get to see some of the surprises in the near future.
